I. Compliance with Laws and Standards: 

1. All company employees are obliged to adhere to applicable laws, both professionally and personally. 

2. We avoid any actions that could lead to the violation of laws or social norms.

II. Ethics in Action: 

1. We operate in accordance with the highest ethical standards, guided by honesty, respect, and loyalty to the company and fellow employees. We avoid conflicts of interest and actions that could harm the company's reputation. 

2. We maintain loyalty to the company and do not use confidential information for personal gain. We uphold integrity in our actions and decisions, ensuring that our words and actions align.

III. People, Safety, and Health: 

1. We treat all employees, clients, suppliers, and partners with respect and dignity, regardless of cultural, ethnic, gender, or other differences. 

2. We provide a safe and fair working environment, free from any form of harassment and discrimination. Each employee is responsible for reporting potential hazards and irregularities in the safety area.
